In honor of William Larue Weller’s 200th birthday, Buffalo Trace has released Weller Millennium No. 2, a $7,500 masterpiece crafted from vintage straight wheated bourbons and wheat whiskeys distilled in 2001, 2003, and 2006. Bottled at 99 proof, it reveals dark cherry, rich butterscotch, warm vanilla, and an oak-driven crescendo.
