For one extraordinary evening, The Jasmine Bar invites you to experience the complete Weller “Rainbow” Collection in a six-course tasting dinner, each paired with a chef-crafted plate. Guests will begin with a bespoke Weller cocktail before embarking on a guided journey through six rare whiskeys, including Special Reserve, Antique 107, 12 Year, Full Proof, C.Y.P.B., and Single Barrel.
Hosted by Anthony Hinojos (Bond and Royal Portfolio Manager, Sazerac Company), with cocktails guided by Lead Mixologist Eli Korac and event coordination by Operations Manager Maryn Cheney, this evening promises refined pairings, storytelling, and exclusivity.
In addition, guests may opt to experience Weller Millennium No. 2 — the $7,500 rare release — with only 12 half-ounce pours available at $300 each. A raffle will also be held ($50 per ticket) for the chance to savor this extraordinary whiskey.
